The atmospheric pressure stainless steel electric heating reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no environmental pollution, electric heating stainless steel reactor, no need for automatic heating of the boiler, convenient use and low price. Widely used in chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries, materials used 304 stainless steel.
The structure principle and characteristics of the reactor: The reactor is composed of the body of the pot, the cover of the pot, the agitator, the jacket, the support and the transmission device, the shaft packaging device, etc. The material and the opening can be determined according to the user's technological requirements. Heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open fire heating, etc. The jacket can be divided into two types: jacket type and outer half-pipe type. The jacket oil heating type is equipped with a diversion device. Stirring forms generally include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraper type, etc. The high speed category includes dispersed impeller type, turbine type, high shear type and propeller type, which are available for customers to choose according to the process. The transmission forms include ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, frequency converter, etc. The reducer includes cycloid pinwheel, worm wheel and planetary stepless speed changing type. Shaft seals are ordinary water cooling packing seal, combined tetrafluoro packing seal and mechanical seal. The discharging forms are ball valve and down-spreading valve.

Stainless steel reactor is widely used in pressure vessels of chemical, food, paint, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, medicine, petrochemical production, such as reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitration, etc., such as reactor, reaction kettle, decomposition pot, polymerization kettle, etc. Reaction pot is mainly composed of four parts: inner tank, jacket, mixing device and support base (thermal insulation structure can be adopted according to process requirements).
1. The inner tank body is made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) according to the technological requirements. The inner surface is polished by mirror. It can be cleaned by CIP on-line and sterilized by SIP, which meets the requirements of hygienic standards.
2. The jacket is made of stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) according to the process requirements.
3. Suitable diameter-height ratio design, customized mixing device on demand; mixing shaft seal adopts pressure-resistant sanitary mechanical seal device to maintain the working pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss caused by material leakage in the tank.
4. The support type adopts the suspension support ear type or the landing support leg type according to the operation requirements.

1. Material of stainless steel reactor
The contact parts with materials are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard.

3. Surface treatment of stainless steel reactor
Mirror polishing is used on the inner surface to ensure no hygienic dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a sterile state. Sandblasting, grinding and cold-rolled primary color matte treatment are optional on the outer surface.
Heating and cooling: Steam, electric heating and heat conducting oil can be selected to meet the technological requirements of acid, alkali, high temperature, wear and corrosion resistance in different working environments.
